Big TCG Store started as a binder full of Pokémon cards and a dream to find every rare single without getting ripped off. Today we're one of Canada's go-to sources for graded slabs, TCG singles, and sports cards — with the same obsessive attention to condition we had on day one.

Every card is described exactly as we'd want it described to us. No surprises when your package arrives.
Fair prices
We track market data daily. You won't find us padding margins on hot cards just because we can.
Fast shipping
Orders placed before 2 PM ET ship same day. We know you want your cards fast.
Collector community
We're players and collectors ourselves. We care about the hobby, not just the transaction.
Our grading standards
We use industry-standard condition descriptors for all raw (ungraded) cards. Graded cards carry their official PSA, BGS, or CGC grade.
Mint (M)
Virtually perfect. Sharp corners, no surface wear, centred print. Equivalent to PSA 9–10 raw.
Near Mint (NM)
Minimal wear visible only under close inspection. No creases, clean surface. PSA 7–8 equivalent.
Lightly Played (LP)
Light edge wear or minor whitening on corners. Fully playable and presentable. PSA 5–6 equivalent.
Moderately Played (MP)
Visible wear, possible light creasing or scuffs. Structurally sound. PSA 3–4 equivalent.
Heavily Played (HP)
Significant wear, creases, or staining. Priced accordingly. PSA 1–2 equivalent.
Shipping policy
We ship across Canada and internationally. All orders are carefully packaged to protect your cards in transit.
Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 2 PM ET Monday–Friday ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the next business day.
Domestic (Canada)
Standard shipping via Canada Post: 3–7 business days. Expedited available at checkout. Free standard shipping on orders over $150 CAD.
International
We ship to the US and select international destinations. Rates and delivery times calculated at checkout. Buyer is responsible for any import duties or taxes.
High-value orders
Orders over $500 CAD are shipped with signature confirmation and additional insurance at no extra charge.
Packaging
Singles ship in penny sleeves and top loaders. Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed. We never cut corners on packaging.
Returns & refunds
We stand behind every card we sell. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-day return window
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked, as long as the card is in the same condition as shipped.
Condition disputes
If a card arrives in worse condition than described, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll issue a full refund or replacement immediately.
Graded cards
PSA, BGS, and CGC slabs are final sale unless the slab arrives damaged or the grade does not match the listing.
